Unfortunately, our decision was influenced by the astronomical costs that have increased even more since the Corona pandemic. Staying in Amsterdam for a cultural event such as ours is no longer justified.SIERAAD has become an international phenomenon over the years. We cherish the memories. We were both amazed and delighted by the overwhelming interest and number of participants. As we enter a new era, and take on a new challenge, we will carry this rich history.We are confident that the new SIERAAD format, as we have imagined it, is more suited to the times and challenges ahead.SIERAAD will be transformed into a smaller and more intimate event.Our horizons will be expanded to include the historic and beautiful town of Buren in the Betuwe. The town has a picturesque street, easy accessibility and lots of parking.SIERAAD's core values will remain, with quality, originality and 1-on-1 interaction with the makers at its heart. We have chosen a smaller scale for the new concept and ambiance, where you can meet about 25 jewellery designers, some of whom are well-known, or continue to maintain the relationships you already have.The new name will be SIERAAD & FRIENDS. The choice was easy because many of the participants over the years have become friends and many of the visitors are fans of jewellery.SIERAAD & FRIENDS is a unique experience for all jewellery lovers.
